Because our ceremony begins at 4:30, we ask that you wear cocktail attire.

Please see the “Travel” tab for hotel blocks and codes. All hotels on our site are within walking distance of the church and reception venue.

Due to our venue’s capacity, we ask that only those addressed on the inner envelope of the formal invitation attend the wedding.

We apologize, but there will not be transportation provided. Both venues are within walking distance of each other and downtown hotels. Should you need a ride, Ubers and Lyfts are easily available.

The road in front of Athens First UMC will be blocked off on Saturday; however, there is free parking available in the church lots on Hancock Street. All cars must be moved from these lots by 6 AM Sunday morning. There is also a free parking deck behind the reception venue off of Prince Avenue. Parking is limited, so please plan accordingly. Ubers and Lyfts are a great option if you need a ride!
